Jay Menchaca brings a unique combination of skills and experiences to his law practice. Prior to attending law school Jay was a California state narcotics agent, a probation officer, a political consultant and even a chef in his youth. These experiences, coupled with his desire to learn more about the law, drew Jay to Washington, D.C. where he attended and graduated from, the George Washington University Law School in 1998.
